A practical, founder-first workshop to help scale-up CEOs build and lead a high-performing board.

About your workshop leader
Julia Elliott Brown is a serial entrepreneur, experienced board chair, and trusted growth advisor to some of the UK’s most dynamic female-founded businesses. She currently chairs the board of a high-growth startup and works in a board advisory capacity with a range of venture-backed companies, helping founders navigate the complexities of growth, investment, and governance.
Having launched and scaled her own businesses, Julia understands the real-world challenges founders face - from building the right leadership team to managing investor relationships and leading with confidence at board level.
Over the past decade, she’s supported countless female entrepreneurs in raising capital, developing strategic clarity, and shaping boards that are genuinely additive to their journey.
Julia’s approach is grounded, strategic, and always founder-first, combining hands-on experience with a deep commitment to transforming how boards support women in leadership.

"Brilliant for scaling founders. I left with clarity on why a board is important, who I need on it, and how to start putting the right structure in place."
